Once the product has been created your shipping time will then start. The speed of your shipping is based upon your selection at checkout.

No Rush - 10-20 business days

Any issues with delivery and/or receiving an order on time that is caused by USPS/UPS is outside the control of Inspired By Stacii Jae control and must be directed to USPS/UPS for solution. Refunds are unable to be given and couriers will remain liable for such orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct below as we will be unable to make any changes to the shipping address once your order has been shipped.

REASONS FOR RETURNS

Wrong Address - If you provide an incorrect address please contact contact@staciijaejohnson.com as soon as possible. In the event that your order has already been shipped and your address is found insufficient by the courier the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.

Customer Issues - There will be no refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders. A new order can be placed at your expense.

Damages/Misprinted Merchandise - If you have received damaged or misprinted merchandise please contact contact@staciijaejohnson.com and I will be more than happy to help get this issue resolved. This is the ONLY acceptable form of exchange or return.
