REASONS FOR RETURNS
Wrong Address – If you provide an incorrect address please contact contact@staciijaejohnson.com as soon as possible. In the event that your order has already been shipped and your address is found insufficient by the courier the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once I have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
Customer Issues – There will be no refund orders for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size orders. A new order can be placed at your expense.
Damages/Misprinted Merchandise – If you have received damaged or misprinted merchandise please contact contact@staciijaejohnson.com and I will be more than happy to help get this issue resolved. This is the ONLY acceptable form of exchange or return.
